Trend Micro: Unable to register to the Control Manager server.

Als je de Trend Micro Officescan wilt koppelen aan Trend Micro Control Manager ga je naar Administration -> Control Manager Settings. Je vult de gegevens in van de Control Manager en klikt op registeren. Vervolgens verschijnt onderstaande melding: 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Controleer dan bij services of de service Officescan Control Manager Agent Service aanwezig is.

Indien dit niet het geval is dient deze handmatig op de command prompt aangemaakt te worden. Zie onderstaand voorbeeld:

 

sc create officescancmagent binPath= "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\CmAgent\OfcCMAgent.exe" DisplayName= "OfficeScan Control Manager Agent Service"
